You can request deletion of your EMERGENanny account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@emergenanny.app from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- We will verify the request and delete your account.
What is deleted
Your profile, profile photo, any documents you uploaded, your messages, reviews, bookings, favorites, search history, and other personal information associated with your account are deleted.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud‑prevention purposes, and information that has been de‑identified.
Timeframe
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
